Logan Kjep lives and works in Rocky Point, New York. He has a diverse background in art & design, He holds a Bachelor of Fine Art from Alfred University, Ecological Design Certification from UMass Amherst, and a Masters degree in Environmental Design from Boston Architectural College.

Logan is an illustrator and painter, whose work explores the entanglement of the natural world with the psychological and mythic. Drawing from folklore, ecology, and spirituality, he creates detailed scenes where the boundary between human and environment becomes porous / where people are empowered by the embrace of nature as oneself. He aims to conjure a sense of place that is at once grounded and otherworldly, where kinship and power take root amongst the trees.

As founder and owner of Living Lands, Logan designs wildlife gardens and ecologically restorative landscapes. He aims to foster environmental stewardship by connecting people with beautiful native landscapes. Please see his design and installation work here:
